If you receive any merchandise that is defective Jester Promotions will replace that item immediately with a version that does not have quality issues. Any defective merchandise will only be replaced by the same item in the same size, this may not be used as a way to create an exchange. Because all of the items on these stores are made to order what you buy is yours to keep and we are unable to make any exchanges or allow any returns. Please be aware of this policy prior to ordering and channel any and all sizing questions to Rick Atkins at rick@jesterpromotions.com. Once the order is placed the items are in process and we can't make any changes.
