Terms of Use

We at Jester Promotions want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will accept returns within 30 days of merchandise in like-new condition so it is available for resale. Please contact one of our Customer Service Team to receive a Return Authorization Number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your box and on the packing list enclosed in your return. Returns should be shipped insured in order to track your package. We cannot be responsible for lost returns. Freight charges on your original order are not refunded unless the item was shipped to you in error. Defective merchandise will be replaced with the same item only, there will be no refunds available for defective merchandise. Personalized items may not be returned unless the item is damaged or has been embroidered incorrectly. If the embroidery is done exactly as it was ordered on our site, on the correct piece, and in the correct size it is not returnable. Personalized items may not be cancelled once the item has been placed into production.

Orders for in stock merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours. All orders will be held until complete and will be shipped within 2 – 4 weeks from the time the order is placed. If you would like to split your shipment to have in stock orders ship immediately and back ordered items ship when available you will need to contact one of our Customer Service Representatives to make arrangements and freight will be billed for each shipment.
 
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our online catalog’s information, occasionally errors may occur. We reserve the right to make corrections. Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to the exclusivity and limited availability of some items in the catalog, we reserve the right to limit the purchase quantity per customer and some items may only be available on a “while quantities last” basis.

Order Via Mail – Include a copy of your completed Online Order Form and send it to: Jester Promotions, 6741 Braemar Ave. North Noblesville, IN 46062. Payment methods for Mail Orders are Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Money Orders or Personal Check. Ordering via check will slow down your order since it cannot be processed until your check is received, and your order cannot be shipped until the check clears the bank.
 
Order Via the Internet – Internet orders may be placed on the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Payment methods for Online Orders are Visa, MasterCard, or AmEx.
 
Gift Certificates & Gift Services
 
Let that special person on your gift list choose their own Sportswear & Accessories! E-Gift cards are available through any of the standard ordering channels in denominations of $25, $50, or $100. When redeeming e-Gift Cards you or the person you are purchasing the card for may shop and redeem through any of our standard order channels.
 
Gift Services – For last minute delivery of your gifts please call our Customer Service Team to make special arrangements. If expedited shipping (any method other than our standard ground) is required to get your gift there on time additional freight charges will apply. During the Holiday Season of November and December there will be a Christmas Delivery schedule on the site. Please call our Customer Service Team for any additional questions or to make special arrangements.

o          Yes, as long as you provide us with a valid e-mail address during order processing, we will send you a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours.
 
What forms of payment are accepted for orders?
o          Fax, Phone, and Online orders are payable by credit card and we accept Visa, MasterCard, and AmEx. Mail orders have the additional options of Money Orders or Personal Checks. Ordering via check will slow down your order since it cannot be processed until your check is received, and your order cannot be shipped until the check clears the bank.

Delivery Options/ Shipping & Handling
 
Delivery Options – Standard delivery orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service and generally will arrive within 3 – 4 business days from the time of shipment. For even faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping service. In order to take advantage of the expedited shipping you must contact a Customer Service Representative to make arrangements and additional freight charges will apply.
 
Shipping & Taxes (Continental U.S.) – We process all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for standard delivery. When ordering please include the street address, no P.O. Boxes. Some states require that we collect tax on your purchase amount. Should state tax rates or law change, we are required to collect the tax in effect on the date of your order
